In this case, we proposed an optimal plan tailored to the site conditions, achieving both cost reduction and efficiency. 【Case Overview】 Target: Biogas power plant Objective: To recover used desulfurizing agents and introduce new desulfurizing agents. 【Equipment Used and Work Details】 Equipment: 10t vacuum truck, 13t rough terrain crane, rolling tower Procedure: After setting up the rolling tower, water was added from the top of the tank to vacuum and recover the desulfurizing agents. After recovering the entire amount, the new desulfurizing agents prepared by the customer were introduced from above using the rough terrain crane. 【Results】 Number of Workers: 4 Working Time: 7 hours Effect: By combining the recovery with the vacuum truck and the introduction with the crane, we completed the desulfurizing agent replacement work in a short time of 7 hours.
